Who Am I ?
In my professional career of 13-plus years, I have worked as an Operations Manager and General
Manager with various companies of different sizes, including those in Education, Healthcare, and
more. Later, I co-founded The Bridge Business Solutions in 2015 and exited in 2023. Currently, I
work full-time as the Founder of The Evolvers Project since 2020. Additionally, I work with
various companies as a consultant in different departments. Using my ten years of recruitment
experience, I currently assist job seekers in recruitment through my Job-Seekers community,
RecruiTalks by Ananthu.From my experience in recruitment, I have written an ebook mentioning everything about resumes - The Ultimate Resume Guide. I’ve been selected as one among the Global Group of Experts by LinkedIn from their 1 Billion users across the globe and recognised me for the same as LinkedIn Top Voice.
As a responsible human being, I always try to contribute something to society. I have
founded a couple of NGOs and worked with various others such as Manass, ANTS, The Peace
Movement, Say No To Harthal, Kottayam Koode etc. I coordinated the first stem cell collection
camps in Kochi, which later saved the lives of many. Since 2012, I have supported the Government
High School for the Blind through various innovative activities and events, such as painting,
making calendars, etc., for supporting visually impaired students.
I am a vegetarian who loves coffee and enjoys watching comedy movies. I am a slow reader
(and hardly read now) who likes gadgets and prefers off-roads over roads. My favorite thing to
do is to connect with people, network, and share stories. My chronic anxiety and three
depression episodes have made me a Mental Health Advocate. I do listen.
