Mental Health Advocate | Social Impact Leader | Innovator | Experiential Learning Designer | Mentor
I'm Ananthu Vasudev - a neurodivergent creative navigating life as
an exhilarating roller coaster. My compass points toward three
things:
self-worth, creativity, and social impact. Everything I do
flows through this lens, and I refuse to do anything the ordinary
way.
Over 15 years in operations and general management, I've shaped
organizations across education, healthcare, and beyond. I
co-founded The Bridge Business Solutions, steering it through
growth until my exit in 2023, then birthed The Evolvers Project in
2020. Today, I consult across sectors and mentor professionals
through their career transitions. My decade-long recruitment
journey led me to pen "The Ultimate Resume Guide," and I'm honored
as a LinkedIn Top Voice - recognized among 1 billion global
users.
My real passion lies in creating ripples of change. I've founded
NGOs and collaborated with movements like Manass, ANTS, The Peace
Movement, Say No To Harthal, and Kottayam Koode. In 2014, I
coordinated Kochi's first ever stem cell collection camp - a
project that continues saving lives. Since 2012, I've worked with
the Government High School for the Blind, designing creative
initiatives that celebrate and empower visually impaired
students.
I'm fueled by strong coffee and comedy, drawn to gadgets and
off-road adventures, and perpetually intrigued by people and their
stories. My ADHD, anxiety, and depression episodes transformed
into my greatest teachers, making me a devoted mental health
advocate. I listen deeply; because every story matters, every life
matters.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Ananthu and I have known him to be a well-grounded and down-to-earth techno-savvy colleague. He is a calculated risk taker, pragmatic leader, and realist who seem to grasp ideas holistically whilst still taking note to the more acute details. I found this to be incredibly valuable in working with him, as it allows him (and for those who work with him) the ability to explore and understand nearly all possible perspectives to an idea and its numerous applications. He is a hard worker and value creator in the truest sense. He has magnificent efforts towards social activities before putting himself. Without a second thought, I would like to have him on my team.
Ananthu is one of the finest persons whom I have came across during my life. I got the opportunity to discuss and work on various humanitarian efforts at different point of time. The patience, clarity in thoughts, and eagerness for learning are commendable. He is good at networking and managing the team to reach its goals. He critically analyzes and understands the situation very well. Subsequently, he is ready to act and adapt to the situation accordingly without fearing the conservative views. I am privileged to recommend Ananthu as I am sure that he would blend with various situations well and capable of making changes.
Ananthu has been a teacher, mentor & friend to me! He is one of the rare personalities who gives attention to detail and motivates others to do so. A work machine would be an understatement. His power to inspire the team and get shit done from a lean team is commendable.
Ananthu is actively involved in various social responsible activities, he has been in forefront of few NGOs working for the betterment of specially abled kids. A truly self motivated humanitarian and go-getter who inspires his co-passengers always.
At the time I had the opportunity to work with Ananthu he was a supplier of services for the company I was working for and having his support always with his characteristic will of service and supporting all the times he made it easier and productive. Ananthu's attitude towards his work group and his customers was always at a high level of professionalism and warm enough to enjoy working with him.
Met Ananthu a decade ago and ever since I have seen him grow as a professional as well as a fellow human being who is humane and ethical. His passion for what he does, and the love and care he spreads to his surroundings, makes him a special person, a people's person. The brain behind The Evolvers Project, an experiential learning Start-Up, Ananthu is a true professional when it comes to doing things he loves. He has a keen eye to see the talent in a person and he excels in nurturing them, which helps him to be a great mentor. I would highly recommend him to be the go-to guy for anyone who is looking for such a mentor.
